2. Data I process
Through the contact form you may provide: name, email address, type of case, date of the event, a short description of the matter, and confirmation that you accept this notice.
I do not publish a phone number and I do not ask for one on the form. The form does not accept file uploads. If you wish to send documents (for example a medical report or an insurer's letter), please attach them to my reply email.
3. Purpose and legal basis
The purpose is to receive and answer your enquiry and, if applicable, to prepare a legal mandate.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps at your request prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent via the form checkbox). You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
4. Processors
The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, United States). Form submissions are processed, stored and emailed by Netlify Forms. Netlify acts as a processor. Transfers to the United States rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Enquiries arrive by email via Google Ireland Limited (Gmail). Google also acts as a processor.
5. Retention
If no mandate is concluded, I keep the data for 12 months after answering, then delete it. If a mandate is concluded, retention follows the professional rules applicable to attorneys.
6. Recipients, cookies, analytics
I do not disclose data to third parties for marketing. The website does not use analytics or marketing cookies. Netlify may set strictly necessary technical cookies for hosting.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and withdrawal of consent. You may exercise these rights at the controller's email address.
You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH): 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu, www.naih.hu.
8. Automated decisions
No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
